Each class can be modified to each teams needs.  We at GoalQuest recognize that each team has different needs and are at different levels in their league.  Let GoalQuest help you develop a program that fits your team.  Each program focuses on player development, it is just how each team gets there that will be different.  All examples listed below are just examples. Example Classes;
Basic
August thru November---- Fall Season
The end of August we start a week long camp.  1.5 hours a day for 5 days.
Team Training. 1.5 hours a day for 1 day a week for 3 months.
December thru February  your team will be off.
March thru May----Spring Season
Team Training. 1.5 hours a day for 1 day a week for 3 months.
There is no game day coaching, no tournament coaching, no player evaluations, and no indoor rental cost.    Total hours---- 43.5 hours for the year
Advanced 
August thru November--- Fall Season
The end of August we start a week long camp.  1.5 hours a day for 5 days.
Team Training. 1.5 hours a day for 2 days a week for 3 months.
December thru February your team will be off.
March thru May--- Spring Season
Team Training. 1.5 hours a day for 2 days a week for 3 months.
There is no game day coaching, no tournament coaching, no player evaluations, and no indoor rental cost.  These costs can be added to this class.
We do offer team tryout selection.  This is where we come in and run your whole team tryout, and at the end of the tryout out you get each players ranking.  You still pick the team we just give you the player rankings.  
Total hours----79.5 hours for the year
Elite
Here our trainers are the head coach of the team.  They are responsible for communicating with the team management so we can get the team heading in the right direction based on the teams goals.  Teams here train 3 to 4 times a week.  They go up to 8 tournaments through out the year.  They are estimated to have over 300 training, coaching, speed and agility hours combined, nutrition class, team building, sports psychology hours. This class also includes indoor turf time, team tryout, and player evaluations( preseason and post season).
 
**Please note that teams U15 and older will only have a spring season due to the players playing high school.**
 
Each class has the ability to be modified.  They are just a basic start.  Programs 1 and 2 can include strength and condition which we believe is very important, they also can include turf time, tournament coaching, tryout selection, summer tournament training and coaching, and player evaluations.
